// experience

Nine years, seven teams.

A full chronology of the products and teams I’ve shipped with — from first formal role to leading observability for a production SwiftUI platform today.

  1. iOS Developer Senior · OMC

    2025 — Current

    Bogotá · Colombia

Lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive front-end and back-end support for a SwiftUI application backed by cloud functions. We leverage critical observability tools including GCP Logs and New Relic to monitor system health and performance. My responsibilities include ensuring continuous service availability, proactively identifying potential failures, and implementing resilience improvements. The team maintains on-call rotations using PagerDuty to respond to incidents and maintain service reliability.

  2. iOS Developer Senior · Globant

    2024 — 2025

    Bogotá · Colombia

Built bridges to integrate a Flutter application with native Swift code in an Xcode project, stepping beyond my usual responsibilities. Also contributed to the development of AI agents aimed at streamlining and automating daily workflows.

  3. iOS Developer · Rootstrap

    2021 — 2024

    Bogotá · Colombia

Worked across several projects: led a project end-to-end with full freedom to implement the desired SwiftUI architecture, fixed outstanding bugs to finalize another, and joined a mid-sized team focused on bug fixes and migrating legacy screens to SwiftUI.

Masterclass: brought the app up to required accessibility standards. Later joined the tvOS team and built the multi-user screen, letting each member of a family account have their own profile.

  4. iOS Developer & Mobile DevOps · Grability, Inc

    2019 — 2021

    Bogotá · Colombia

Started as an iOS developer maintaining a supermarket app in New Zealand, then moved to a dual iOS / Mobile DevOps role. The goal: a platform that injected user-provided resources from a web interface into iOS and Android apps within minutes — built on Microsoft AppCenter, AWS S3, Fastlane and GitHub Actions.

  5. iOS Developer · Elitgon

    2018 — 2019

    Freelance

Maintained projects in the betting and pharmaceutical spaces. Later worked solo with creative freedom to build a Trivia Crack-style game from scratch.

  6. iOS Developer · Mandao

    2018

    Freelance

Lead iOS developer on a home-delivery app alongside two teammates. Owned the app architecture, the continuous-delivery setup, and key discussions that kept the team aligned through ship.

  7. Mobile Developer (iOS & React Native) · 4Geeks

    2017 — 2018

    Maracaibo · Venezuela

First formal experience as an iOS developer. Built clones of Spotify, Tinder and Instagram, plus Weedmatch — a React Native app shipped in record time despite RN being a new tool at the time.
